DaggerHub includes the full Daggerheart SRD content. You do not need to own the physical or digital rulebook to build characters or run campaigns.

No. DaggerHub is an independent fan project. It uses content from the Daggerheart System Reference Document 1.0 under the Darrington Press Community Gaming License (DPCGL).
